Ipeer driftinformation

Ipeer status är en driftinformationsportal där ni som kund kan ta del av aktuella störningar samt planerade arbeten som genomförs för att förbättra de tjänster som företaget erbjuder. Portalen uppdateras löpande av driftspersonal och där kommunikationsspråket är engelska då företaget driftar affärskritiska serverlösningar för kunder från hela världen. De incidenter och planerade arbeten som visas på denna driftinformationsportal är ärenden av större karaktär (flera kunder som drabbas samtidigt) där ni som kund har möjlighet att följa felavhjälpningsprocessen och ta del av information medan tekniker jobbar med att genomföra arbetet.

Övervakning och proaktivitet från Ipeer

Ipeer har övervakning på komponentnivå, applikationsnivå, hårdvarunivå och funktionsnivå. Ipeer övervakar drifttjänster dygnet runt och har personal tillgängligt 24/7 för att lösa eventuella driftstörningar. Vid varningar eller larm påbörjar driftsavdelningen att felsöka det eventuella problemet per omgående för att så snabbt som möjligt åtgärda problemet.
