| Body | Hosted VMware platform will have an Emergency Maintenance on Thursday 14 January 2021 starting at 4 AM.
During this maintenance period, customer will not be able to perform any maintenance on their VMs from Control Panel. There will be one outage where all clusters will be inaccessible and then intermittent outages for each cluster. This outage only affects the management of VMs in vCloud, the connectivity and uptime of running VMs won't be affected during this service window. |
